This error is nothing to worry about in itself.

The error occurs when a message send fails, which can occur quite often. In this situation ActiveSMS will retry and send the message. ActiveSMS will retry to send SMS message upto 5 times.

Here are some possible causes of send failures:-
- poor network coverage
- the GSM device is receiving an SMS message at the same time
