The Outlook Add-in can send SMS reminders for Appointments and Meetings in your Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Appointments can be sent to your own mobile, meeting attendees or to any other mobile phone. SMS reminders are stored on the IntelliSoftware service, there is no need to keep Microsoft Outlook open on your computer
SMS reminders are supported on Microsoft Outlook 2007 and later.
SMS reminders are accessed via the 'SMS reminder' ribbon on a Calendar Appointment or Meeting. You choose who should receive the SMS reminder:
You choose when the SMS reminder should be sent. It can be prior to the appointment, on the same day, or alternatively. one or more days before the appointment:
