I have just purchased a licence but ActiveSMS will not accept it, I am getting an Invalid Licence error.

The most common cause of this licence problem is that you have the incorrect version of ActiveSMS installed (Basic, Professional or Advanced).

To check the version you have installed, please open the ActiveSMS Console and left-click the icon in the top-left of the windows, select 'About ActiveSMS....'.

If you have the wrong version installed, please re-run the installation selecting the correct version (by default Advance is selected).
