Retrieve SMS url

I don't want to use any forwarding to get the new message as i don't have any public IP. Is there any way to retrieve the SMS using url same as we retrieve MMS?

Forwarding to a URL is the only supported method on the HTTP Interface. We do not support polling for incoming messages on the HTTP Interface.

As an alternative, you may want to consider using Email forwarding. You could then use POP3 to poll the message from your email inbox.
