I've disabled AV and logged on as local admin and for some reason the setup program just fails to complete.

I launch theactivesms.exe package and it extracts to a temporary folder and runs setup.exe. I see the bitmap logo and the progress setup bar hits 100%, but then it just stalls and nothing else happens.

Any ideas what's going on?

And it works just fine! Very straight forward.
