WAP Push message may not be received for the following reasons:
- Some Handsets do not support WAP Push messages (such as some Windows Mobile and Blueberry device). The message is received, but then silently discarded by the handset.
- Device can be configured to ignore WAP PUSH messages. Most handsets have settings in the menu to enable/disable reception of WAP Push messages. This can be found under a menu often referred to as ‘WAP Push’, ‘Service Indication’ or just ‘Push’.
- It is not possible to send WAP Push messages to customers on the Three network.
- Some handset will ignore a WAP Push message if an identical WAP Push message is already stored on the phone. Please delete any identical WAP Push messages already stored on the phone before sending a new WAP Push message.
Were it is not possible to send a WAP Push message to a device, as an alternative you can send a regular SMS message with an embedded URL.

- What is the handset’s phone number?
