To help us solve this issue, please could you take a snap shot of your ActiveSMS settings.
Procedure as follows:
1) Go to Start Menu->Run
2) Enter the following command:
regedit /e c:\ActiveSMSConfig.reg HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IntelliSoftware\ActiveSMS
3) A file should have been created at C:\ActiveSMSConfig.reg. Please attach this file to an email and send back to us
