Using Outlook 2003 with the latest Outlook Add-in, sending messages is fine but replies do not appear in the outlook inbox as the help suggests. I can only view replies by logging into the web interface.
Anny suggestions?

Please check that the reply emails have not been caught by your spam filter. Please check any Spam folders that you have.

You may need to configure your spam filter to accept any email from '@messaging.intellisoftware.co.uk'
